Virtualization Build and Deploy

• Follows Plan and Design, and focused on a targeted set of applications, servers and infrastructure for consolidation and/or containment.
  
• Engagement Tasks consist of:
            - Work with Client on hardware installation, storage configuration and network configuration
            - Build out target Virtual environment
            - Convert Physical Machines to Virtual Machines 
            - Consolidate Multip le Virtual Machines to Single Physical Server
            - Execute Test Plans, with focus on server migration and follow-on management
            - Conduct Knowledge Transfer
            - Execute Rollout Plan
            - Support Client System Administrators in post rollout
