For time and materials projects, if you are not satisfied and you identify the cause of your dissatisfaction via email to solutions@windwardITS.com within five business days of the initiation of the service causing the dissatisfaction, you will not be charged for the service in question.
For fixed price projects, if you are dissatisfied with any deliverable and you explain your dissatisfaction by email to solutions@windwardITS.com within five business days of the submission date of the deliverable in question, we will make every effort to correct the cause of your dissatisfaction with the deliverable. If Windward is not able to reasonably satisfy you, we will not charge you for that specific deliverable.
