Michael Biddick
CTO and Executive Vice President, Solutions
While working at Windward, Michael has worked with hundreds of government and commercial organizations in the development of operational management solutions for their organizations leveraging over 10 years of experience working in operations management. This experience includes both depth and breadth in nearly all of the leading software tools as well as the creation of best of breed solutions for specific client requirements.
Prior to joining Windward in 1999, Michael worked with Booz Allen Hamilton in their Enterprise Network Services group, developing network management solutions for a wide variety of both government and commercial clients. He previously served on the academic staff of the University of Wisconsin Law School as the Director of Technology, heading up all aspects of IT management for the organization. Prior to the Law School, Michael worked in operations center management with TDS, a telecommunications service provider with over 5 million clients in 35 states. Michael earned a Master's of Science from Johns Hopkins University and a dual Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Michael is also the contributing editor for IT Operations Management at InformationWeek Magazine.
