Dennis Boykin

Vice President, Federal Solutions

As our General Manager for Windwards' Federal Solutions, Dennis is responsible for leadership and growth of our government practice, including business development, marketing, and acquisition functions. He brings a wide-ranging background in operations management, business development, and commercial financial operations to our government clients.
 
Prior to joining Windward, Dennis has held a variety of executive positions in the industry after his transition from a career in the United States Army. He most recently served as the head of corporate business development at STG, Incorporated, was the General Manager of their Foreign Affairs Group for several years, and prior to that was the Group Manager, Army Operations for NCI Information Systems. He has delivered communications solutions for Motorola, financial solutions for Transamerica Corporation, and served the American people as a Field Artillery officer with combat experience in Operation Desert Storm.
 
Dennis holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Webster University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
 
He volunteers his time to support the Wounded Warrior program by flying patients to long-distance appointments, Virginia Special Olympics at the Dulles Plane Pull, and the Town of Leesburg as the Chairman of the Leesburg Executive Airport Commission.
