Cindy Breed

President

As president, Cindy is responsible for corporate leadership, strategy development and business relationships. She oversees all functional areas within the company while developing and maintaining Windward's long-term focus. Cindy's grounding in business governance and her vision of client-centric service shape Windward's values, mission and culture.

Joining Windward in 1998, Cindy has over 20 years of senior management and executive experience in technology, business services, manufacturing, and financial services. Prior to joining Windward, Cindy served as director of operations for Intertek, Inc., a world leader in electrical testing, inspection and product certification. Prior to Intertek, Cindy worked with CDA Investments as corporate controller for the Americas, overseeing accounting and financial functions. She also served as chief financial officer for Ultradata, Inc., providing financial services software along with business analytics, electronic document management, marketing and channel management tools.

Cindy holds an MBA in Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California, and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
