Bill Driscoll

Vice President, Technology Solutions

Joining Windward in 2004, Bill has worked as a trusted advisor with dozens of organizations in the federal government, telecommunications and financial industries. In these engagements, Bill has provided IT operations technology and management expertise as well as effective delivery toward project objectives.

Prior to joining Windward, Bill worked for Capgemini's operations support systems (OSS) integration and consulting team, developing OSS and network management solutions for major telecommunications and banking firms. Before his career as a consultant, Bill served with the US Air Force as a communications engineer. While working his way to captain, Bill managed configuration management and special IT projects for the Pentagon's Network Infrastructure Services Agency, served as executive officer for an engineering and installation group and designed networking, voice communications and meteorological systems for Air Force bases worldwide.

Bill holds a Masters in business administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
