Define TeleManagement Forum (TMF), eTOM methodologies, procedures and methods to establish and maintain IT and Operational Support System (OSS) information and data flows. Work with clients to extract requirements, design process flows and implement the processes within the client environment. Provide thorough and comprehensive documentation on developed processes.
Essential Job Functions:
- Map current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities.
- Assist clients in realizing value from their IT and OSS investments through the improvement of their IT management infrastructure including processes, organization & technology deployments.
- Develop processes to manage IT investments, measure IT effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work with clients to gain consensus and implement the business processes in their environment.
- Telco operations and/or IT management experience required.
- Participate in related systems development efforts as needed to provide input and contribute to a comprehensive development strategy.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to solve complex analytical challenges, independently analyze information; and make recommendations based on analysis.
- Proven collaborative skills in reaching a team approach to accomplishing work.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work in a customer service oriented organization.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Advanced degree in MIS and or Business Management related field preferred. Minimum of 4 years of required. Demonstrable experience in developing/documenting business processes, writing business/project plans, technical documents, presentations and proposals required. A high degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business oriented individuals is required. Prior experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
