Windward Principal Consultant to Present at 2008 itSMF USA Conference & Expo

HERNDON, VA—April 1, 2008 – Windward IT Solutions, the premier operational management consulting and systems engineering firm, announced today that Principal Consultant Russell Herrell has been invited to present at the 2008 itSMF USA Conference & Expo, Fusion ‘08 in San Francisco, California.  Mr. Herrell’s presentation is entitled ITSM Sets Sail in the US Navy: Special Considerations, Unique Challenges and Early Lessons from the Front Lines. Russell is scheduled to speak September 8, 2008 at 2:15pm in the Moscone Center North.

As a certified ITIL Master, Mr. Herrell leads large scale ITIL based implementations for government and private organizations. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), is the Chairman of the Hampton Roads Technology Council (HRTC) IT and CIO Forums, and holds numerous certifications within the IT Service Management domain, including ISO/IEC 20000, PMP, Six Sigma and ITIL.
