As a response to customer demand, Windward Consulting Group developed an in-depth Health Check and Technical Evaluation service offering of your Enterprise Management System (EMS) to provide an objective, vendor-independent analysis of your overall system, processes, integration and tools.
Windward Consulting Group has a staff of solution engineers who are trained and certified in analyzing, designing and deploying industry-leading tools and EMS solutions. Our solution engineers have designed and deployed EMS systems for some of the largest and most complex organizations, both in the United States and globally, using industry best practices as the foundation.
As part of this offering, Windward provides an experienced solution engineer to work with you in evaluating your current tools. The primary objective is to conduct an independent assessment of the EMS using industry best practice guidelines. In addition, our solutions engineer will provide your Administrators with an opportunity to discuss any technical issues or concerns that may be specific to your environment.
At the conclusion of the assessment, Windward Consulting Group will provide a detailed report outlining our findings. We will then meet with your staff to review those findings and make specific recommendations on any enhancements that would be beneficial to your environment.
