Windward will provide services to strengthen the fault and performance management infrastructure supporting Intelsat's global terrestrial network of teleports, points of presence and associated fiber connections. As part of the expansion, Windward will evaluate, upgrade and enhance the network management tools across Intelsat's infrastructure to maximize operational efficiencies.
